Community Fund Raisers
Mason Dixon Park has a history of giving back to the community. Over our past eleven years in operation we have donated to many community organizations like the Deaf Leisure Group and School for the Deaf. We are very proud of our work and look forward to many more years to come.
Spring 2014- Helped raise over $1100.00 dollars for a local heart patient
Fall 2014- Raised $805.00 dollars for the Save the TA-TAS breast cancer foundation.
Spring 2015 – Raise over $ 500.00 for a long time friend of Mason Dixon Park who’s husband past away in a tragic motor vehicle accident.
Fall 2015 – Supplied the fixings for Neighbors for Neighbors Charity Fund raiser to cook a huge pot of jambalaya for donations.
Spring 2016 – Raised over $ 600.00 dollars for the Goldsboro American Legion Riders. This was a community group effort where our fund raiser was combined with their fundraiser to help support a local cancer patient.
Fall 2016 – Through an auction during the band break we were able to raise $275.00 dollars for S.A.F.E. of Lenoir County. They offer Rape counseling and a safe house for the victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence.
2017 Fundraisers: We had a corn hole competition and then auctioned off the corn hole brds.
Spring 2018 – Donated 150 dollars to local family in need while husband was out of work do to injury.
Fall 2018 – Even though we did not have event due to Hurricane we still donated to a local family after husband passed away in motorcycle accident.
Thunder On Tobacco Road thanks our guests for the kindness they all give to great causes. We could not do it without the generosity of the biker community.
